Worship

Our regular worship takes place each Sunday morning throughout the year and commence at 10.30am, all ages are welcome whether Christian or not.

Sunday School runs alongside some of our services.

Our services are led by our Minister, Rev. Amanda Linney and local ordained ministers, as well as Lay Preachers and therefore we enjoy a variety of styles of worship that all bring glory to God and seek to strengthen our love of our Lord Jesus Christ.

The first Sunday of each month is Family Service/All Aged Worship in which all the youth groups and their families are encouraged to attend.

Each fourth Sunday in the month we celebrate Holy Communion. The fifth Sunday in the month is Family Communion.

The music for our services is regularly provided by our keyboardist or by our music system specifically designed for Church Worship. We generally use Songs of Fellowship, Rejoice and Sing for our hymns. The words for the hymns are screens at the front of the Church. We use a variety of Bible translations including NIV and Good News.

Each service is followed by a short time of fellowship with tea, coffee and a biscuit or two!

The Dales is a welcoming church community and offers a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
